Competition Terms and Conditions - Oxfordshire FA Prize Competition - England v Portugal May 2025
HATRIQA LIMITED incorporated in England & Wales under company number 10718198 of Lower Ground Floor, 7 Coleherne Road, London, England, SW10 9BS ("HATRIQA"), has legal and fiduciary responsibility for this competition, which is run in conjunction with the Oxfordshire FA.
How to Enter
To enter, individual participants answer the question about Jamie Johnson via the quiz on HATRIQA’s website. You will automatically enter into the prize draw once the correct answer is given. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter.
Employees and consultants of HATRIQA and Oxfordshire FA and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the prize draw.
The competition runs from 10:00 29th April 2025 until 20:00 28th May 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Prize*
The prize is as follows for individual entrants:
2 complimentary tickets to England v Portugal on Friday 30th May 2025 at Wembley Stadium*
1 of 5 copies of Jamie Johnson Born to Play USA edition**
*Tickets will be distributed by HATRIQA v email. The winner will be randomly selected based on eligible entrants after 8:00pm on 28th May 2025. HATRIQA will coordinate directly with the Oxfordshire FA for ticket distribution. FA Match Tickets – Terms and Conditions of Sale and Issue apply.
** Winners of the Jamie Johnson Born to Play USA edition will need to provide their name, surname, email address, postal address and telephone number to receive the book. Instructions for shipping and receiving the book will be provided once the winner’s details are confirmed.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another similar prize, which may be of equal or lesser value, if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. We will not offer any form of compensation, financial or otherwise.
The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the prize supplier.
Ticket prizes may not be sold in any circumstances.
We shall have no liability and or responsibility for your, or your guest's, enjoyment of any prize or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize which are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any act or failure to act of any of the prize suppliers.
HATRIQA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
HATRIQA accepts no responsibility for the third-party provision of Prizes.
Selection of Winners
The winners will be the first entrants randomly selected from all the individual entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winners will be randomly selected after 8:00pm on 28th May 2025.
The decision of HATRIQA regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified via the email provided during the sign-up process. HATRIQA does not accept any responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. HATRIQA will attempt to contact the winners by email up to two times.
If the winners do not respond to the emails notifying them they are a winner within 5 hours of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and HATRIQA reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Data protection
The personal information you provide in entering the prize draw will be used by HATRIQA for the purposes of administering the prize draw, this may include the sharing of details with third parties to enable prizes to be distributed if necessary. All personal information shall be used in accordance with HATRIQA's Privacy Policy.
General
HATRIQA reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
HATRIQA accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
HATRIQA is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred by entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
